A yet-to-be-identified man has slumped and died by the roadside while pushing his motorcycle in Minna, the Niger State capital. According to a local journalist, Sadiq Lanre Ishaq, the incident happened on Thursday, April 3, 2025, along Talba House. His full photo was posted to allow his family and relatives to identify him. “Information received from one of our reporters in the Tunga area of Minna indicates that a man collapsed and died while pushing his motorcycle along Talba House in Minna. His lifeless body was found by the roadside. “The Nigeria Police have been informed and have evacuated his body to the mortuary at the General Hospital, Minna. “We have chosen not to cover his face to allow his family and relatives to identify him and report to the Tudunwada Police Station,” he wrote.

The decision follows the Supreme Court's judgment upholding the Appeal Court ruling in Suit No. CA/ABJ/CV/133/2024. Citing the absence of an Appropriation Law, the Sole Administrator issued a directive mandating the cancellation of all procurement activities carried out by MDAs during the affected period.
