Enugu State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Hon. Barr. Ugochi Madueke Commenced an Exploration Tour on All Tourist Sites in the state, Visited the enchanting Heneke Waterfall, Serene Lake, and the captivating Twin Cave, all situated in the picturesque Ezeagu Axis in company of the former commissioner for Culture and Tourism and the Chairman of Ezeagu LGA.
Among the highlights of this initial expedition was the exploration of the remarkable Heneke Waterfall and Lake, in addition to the renowned Twin Cave which had previously served as the backdrop for the production of the iconic African cinematic masterpiece of the 90s, "IGODO." The commissioner's delegation was notably graced by the presence of Enugu State's youngest mayor, Hon. Chukwudi Ozoeluba, the Council Chairman of Ezeagu Local Government and the former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Chief Joel Mamel.
This innovative venture by a strong, energetic, pragmatic and adventurous Lady Commissioner who is the perfect person for the job, does not only underscore Enugu State's commitment to revitalizing its cultural and tourism landscape but also signals its determination to embrace its rich heritage and natural wonders as a means to captivate global audiences.
