In her Girl Child Day Speech, Dr. Mrs. Favour Ugwuanyi mni, the Founder and CEO of FAN Foundation, emphasized the importance of this day, stating, "May God grant families the wisdom and means to provide a bright future for their daughters. This day serves as a reminder of our duty to ensure they receive the opportunities and rights they rightfully deserve."

Enugu: Mburubu 'Kingmakers' Council of Chiefs Denounce Controversial Self- Acclaimed Traditional Ruler

The Mburubu Council of Chiefs, also known as the Igwe Cabinet, has officially disowned Mr. Jerry Patrick Onukaibe, who recently proclaimed himself as the 'Igwe-elect' of Mburubu Kingdom.
