In what has been widely described as a defining moment in Enugu State’s political history, the Executive Governor, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, has officially aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC) l, a decision that signals a new dawn of inclusion, collaboration, and sustainable development for Ndi Enugu. The move, made on Tuesday, 14th October 2025, has been hailed as a courageous and visionary step towards unlocking the full potentials of the state under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

 You have remained focused and committed to the growth towards building an economic expansion and peaceful political space in our state.

 It's a known fact that 26 years of PDP has truly undermined the expectations of democracy in Enugu State and South East at large with the unresolved internal political crisis that have delayed progress and have aborted the objectives of our founding fathers.


Your Excellency, 

your tomorrow is here mantra is never a coincidence but deliberate decision to position the state for inclusion and greater heights through the centre stage of the ruling party (APC)

The renewed hope agenda of Mr. President is Peoples driven mandate designed to propel our hard earned democracy to accelerate, promote and transform our democratic institution to accommodate various segments in the society especially as it concerns disability involvement and establishment of Enugu State disability commission in Enugu State. 

Thus, this hope is realistic, achievable and renewable

Enugu: Finally, Suspected Killers of Ogbete Market Chairman Arrested

Operatives of the Enugu State Police Command have arrested two suspects linked to the killing of Mr. Stephen Aniagu, Chairman of the Ogbete Main Market Traders’ Association (OMMATA). The tragic incident occurred on September 14, 2024, when Mr. Aniagu was shot at Moses Ogbodo Junction near Topland Market in Amaechi, Enugu South Local Government Area.   Parading the suspects at the command headquarters on Friday, the Spokesperson of the Enugu State Police Command, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, disclosed that the arrests were the result of diligent intelligence work and coordinated efforts between detectives from the Anti-Robbery Section (D9) of the State CID and operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Tactical Squad.   The suspects were identified as Chukwudi Aboshi, a 28-year-old native of Anike in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, and Ani Innocent Ebuka, also known as “Excellent,” a driver and native of Isigwe-Ugbawka in Nkanu East Local Government Area. [VIDEO] Suspected Fulani Herdsmen Invade Enugu Community, Attack Residents

   Residents of  Ikedinkpa Affa , a community in  Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State , have raised alarm over an alleged invasion by suspected  Fulani herdsmen , leading to attacks and heightened tension in the area. In a disturbing video shared online by  Mr. Emeka Amadi , an indigene of the community, he decried the growing insecurity, stating that armed assailants had taken over parts of the community. "Our people are under threat from the Fulani terrorists… These men of the underworld are scavenging the lives of our people.
