JUBILATION! Enugu State Women Prayer Network Okpara Square Celebrates Gov. Peter Mbah on Tribunal Victory ...Says Mbah's Victory is a Prayer Answered by God


The Enugu State Women Prayer Network is overflowing with joy as they extend their heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Barr. Peter Mbah, who has emerged victorious at the Tribunal.

Founded as a spiritual backbone of Enugu State Government in 2002 and led by Evangelist Favour Ugwuanyi mni, the Enugu State Women Prayer Network has tirelessly stood as a pillar of faith, bridging the spiritual realm and the governance of the state. Their unwavering commitment to intercession has yielded yet another remarkable result as Gov. Peter Mbah secured victory at the Tribunal.

For over two decades, the women of Enugu State, representing the 17 local government areas, have faithfully gathered at Okpara Square on the 9th of every month under the banner of the Enugu State Women Prayer Network. Their fervent prayers have been dedicated to the welfare and prosperity of the state, entrusting the governor and his administration into the hands of the Almighty. Their petitions have consistently sought peace, security, progress, and unity for the beloved Enugu State.

Evang Mrs. Favor Ugwuanyi mni, the State Coordinator of the Enugu State Women Prayer Network, exclaimed, "There has never been a Tribunal that God did not use the prayers of Enugu State Women Prayer Network to settle. God has done it again and will still continue to do it."

In her statement, she further emphasized, "God has been using the prayers of Enugu women to strengthen every government in power, giving them direction and protecting them from the kingdom of darkness."

The Enugu State Women Prayer Network takes immense pride in their tradition, which has persisted for 21 years and counting. It's a program of unwavering dedication and commitment, where women gather on the 9th of every month to pray, subsequently returning to their respective local governments to continue the same divine intercession.

Enugu: Mburubu 'Kingmakers' Council of Chiefs Denounce Controversial Self- Acclaimed Traditional Ruler

The Mburubu Council of Chiefs, also known as the Igwe Cabinet, has officially disowned Mr. Jerry Patrick Onukaibe, who recently proclaimed himself as the 'Igwe-elect' of Mburubu Kingdom. The council, in a communiqué released on Saturday, vehemently refuted any endorsement or recognition of Onukaibe for the revered position of traditional ruler. According to the communiqué, the council expressed deep embarrassment over Onukaibe's self-presentation to the Chairman of Nkanu East LGA, labeling it as an act of impersonation and emphasizing that he was never nominated, selected, or recommended by the community for such a role.
