Scheduled from January to April 2024, the project's first phase promises substantial benefits for participants. REDFoundation shared plans with the Enugu State Government, revealing additional initiatives such as Entrepreneurship Development Trainings, Career Clinics, Job Fairs, and the establishment of a Job Centre at the Local Government Area level.

WOSCONET commends both the Enugu State Government for supporting this project and REDFoundation for ensuring women's active participation in Human Capital Development in the state. Eligible young women in Enugu State are encouraged to seize this opportunity.
