The initiative, led by the Enugu State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (ENS-PHCDA) in collaboration with the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), comes under the Renewed Hope Health Initiative of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah. The programme, which targets all 260 wards across the state, seeks to improve Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, and Adolescent Health outcomes, promote health education, expand healthcare access, and create greater demand for Primary Health Centres (PHCs).
